WAOH Television is here to serve the community. Akron is one of the largest TV markets in the country without a live, local television station. We want to build a live internet broadcast that fills that void by providing information, entertainment and community programming focused on Akron.
We want your ideas and feedback! Our programs will be interactive with audience participation steering the tone and direction of the conversation. WAOH Television will send a camera crew to events that are important to our audience and in some cases we will be broadcasting live on-location.
We intend to develop a broadcast that is a creative blend of entertainment and community service anchored by intelligent and spirited personalities. WAOH Television will be bringing you news feature stories, interviews with local Akron celebrities and personalities, live musical performances, a community calendar and more.
